My bumper is about 1/4 of an inch loose and is moving back and fourth which makes ennoying noise while driving. Where are the screws located that will tighten the bumper up???

Well.. assuming it's a pre-2001.. there are two Torx (50?) bolts which hold the entire thing to the car. To find them, lay in front of the car. Remove grilles next to the fog lights (two pull-out-rivets hold each one in).

Look upwards for the hole that is now revealed. The big bolt is in that hole.
