I have a 97 528ia, and went off to a barren stretch of highway and achieved 120 mph before I chickened out. :-) I'm sure most of you have probably reached this speed many times, but this was a first for me. It was exhilarating, and the car seemed pretty solid at this speed. So here's my question - what is the speed that this "lifting effect" kicks in? Is it right at 160 mph, or lower?
