New Aftermarket Wheels that are Staggered (archive)

I'm thinking of replacing my M Parallel Spoke Style(66) with some after market wheels. I would like to maintain the stagger on the 540 of the front to rear wheels, like 8/9 or 8/9.5 or 8.5/9.5. Living in Chicago I like 17" wheels due to the bad roads but I'm also looking at 18". Any recommendations for after market wheels? I'd also like to find wheels that clear Big Brake upgrade kits like from Movit without having to use wheel spacers.
