Question about extended warranty for my 540Ia. (archive)

Hi:

I am going to trade my 2000 540Ia which I bought in August of 1999 for a 2001 M5. When I purchased my 540Ia back in 1999, I bought extended warranty for 4 years/50000 miles. My dealer told me that I might be able to get a refund for the extended warrantly that I have bought since it is of no use to me and not transferable. What do you guys think?? and who should I call about it?
