I've had these springs on my 540 for about a year and 8,000 miles. I found that I am rubbing frequently with only me in the car, whereas I never used to rub at all, even with a big load. The only thing I can think is that the springs are sagging. The car does look a lot lower in the back and I know that Eibach has a bad reputation in this regard. What can I do?
Did you notice if both sides are sagging? Improper initial adjustment can cause mis-alignment; usually something is just left loose. If you normally traverse bumpy roads it can be further aggravated. If the springs really are defective they have a 10 year warranty. Yes, Eibach springs sag, but not after only 8k.
