I have driven a number of 6-speeds and automatics recently because my wife is looking to buy one...and I have to say that the 6-speed is noticably quicker. I was surprised at the lack of power from the automatics. Maybe it was just the cars I drove...but the outcome always seemed to be the same.


The weather-stripping on the B-pillar inside the driver's door jamb is often "worn" due to clothing rubbing while entering/exiting.

Missing tools!

Definitely get a feel for the clutch on 2 or more different vehicles. Clutches aren't cheap, and 282 horse is enough to burn one out in the wrong hands (feet). Consider an automatic... nearly as fast, silky smooth, and less likely to have been owned by a hot-rodder. I bought one.
