Dinan chips & cai adds about 10~25 HP at the crank on 540i but no HP increasement on M5 (take off the speed-limiter @ 155mph).

Because M5 is an already-tuned car by M-MotorSports. 540i is just a fast V-8 BMW Family Sedan needs to be justified.
