Anyone else care to take over?

I have run nos in my 91 camaro for 2 years and it has been fine, not a lick of problems. I was thinking of puting a supercharger in it(camaro), but a supercharger puts constant strain on an engine as a nos setup lets you use it when you want it. I understand that a simple 5.7 liter american v8 is different than the hi-tec 4.4liter german v8. I have read a lot of books on how nitrous effects an engine and if you use enough fuel along with the nitrous, your engine should run fine. Heat is what kills an engine, nitrous actualy keeps engine temps down. Now, with a supercharger air gets compacted, when it does the air is heated. This is what kills an engine. Also that question about the vanos, Honda uses varriable valve timing also(V-TEC) and I see all kinds of honda street racers using NOS. I am not a big rice-mobile fan but those cars are pretty quick. Anyway I hope this info helps.
