I don't have the NAV option in my 530i, so I don't know if this will help you.

To access "SPD VOL", you hold down the "TONE" button for a few seconds. Its on my in-dash CD... which is where you have your NAV. Don't know if you have a "TONE" button there?

You might try holding down the "AUDIO" button for a few seconds and see if that brings up "SPD VOL".
