... that came out of your clutch line and thinking, if we had been smarter about it, we would have bled your brakes. They share a common reservoir with your clutch and, if the chunk(s) originated there, it's possible that there are more of them floating around. When Chris (Agent99) gets a pressure bleeder from Ultimate Garage, you may want to pay him a visit and have him do a good bleed the way i taught him. With a combination of 25 psi pressure at the reservoir, someone pumping on the pedal, and a suction device at the bleeder nipple, there's no foreign object that's safe from the Superbleeders of San Jose! :-)

Glad to hear you're enjoying the new feel. Did the clutch engagement point rise a few mm after a day or two of use?
