I also had the A/C fan demon on my 2000 528. The dealer replaced the "resistor pack" and now all is well. I don't believe this was a difficult repair. Covered by warranty.



1) What tires would provide the smoothest ride (mostly city driving in Dallas)?
2) "Service engine soon " light on left dash is on, yet is isn't time for service. Don't notice any driving problems. Any idea on the cause or urgency of this? Fuel cap tight.
3) AC blower has decided it has a mind of its own regardless of the setting on the dash controls. Is this a known problem and can it easily be repaired?
