How Much Would You Pay for 97' 528i 48K Miles (archive)

Considering purchasing a 1997 528i w/ just under 50,000 Miles. Decent Options: Prem Pkg, Htd Seats/Str Wheel, Comfort Seats, DSP, CD. Has New Michelins. This is NOT certified as it is from non-BMW dealer.

I am thinking of offering $23,000, a couple grand under the asking, but is it worth $23,000.

Condition looks good.
