How do you know that the battery is good? Because the accessories in the car come on before trying to start? If so, the reality is that a dead battery can have enough juice to power the low consumption items like the gauges and such, but not have the hundereds of amps of power available to actually turn the engine over. The biggest thing that points to a dead battery is the clicking of the starter soleniod. Is there something we are missing? If for some other reason you feel like the batterey is truly good, then make sure you check the cables and ensure they are clean and tight, as I have also seen similar symptoms from a good battery with ba connections.
