'97 Drivers side seat won't move!!! (archive)

When I got in the car this morning I tried to apply the seat memory for my seating position, (my wife drove it yesterday) and the thing wouldn't budge.
I tried adjusting it manually and still nothing. I checked the passenger side seat and it was functioning just fine. I also got under the seat and made sure all plugs were firmly in place, but still no response from the seat.
Any ideas would be great. I'm 6'2" and my wife is 5'6" so there is no way I am going for a drive in this car any time soon.
