Can you disable Dynamic Brake Control on 540i? (archive)

I think I'm referring to it correctly. I'm pretty sure that the 2001 540i comes standard w/ Dynamic Brake Control (the one that helps you during panic stops).

I wonder if one can disable it like you can on an E46--assuming it does have it.
