Every Bosch K/L/? Jetronic injector I have ever had clicked at idle. As the RPM's gets above idle it seems to go away. This is probably related to changing rail pressure. I have continuously owned this type of injector since picking up a new Datsun 280Z in 1976. I have never replaced one.

: I have a 91 750. I have been running the engine with the engine/intake cover off. Do the injectors usually make a clicking sound when they fire? It doesn't appear to be valve clatter, defintitely seems to be coming from center rail area. Is this normal? I think the sound has always been there, but the cover muffled the sound.

: Any input would be appreciated.

: Thanks
