Just bought a 1997 740i (archive)

I recently bought a 1997 740i with 40k miles on it. I was just wondering what problems others might be seeing with this car. Is it going to go 200k for me like my 240 Volvo did? I just had both catalytic converters replaced and find that suprising with this low milage (thankfully under warranty). Just wondering how many other problem I might expect?
