I agree with what you have said here and believe me I have felt the same way a few times. My car has been at the dealership for over three weeks and it still hasnt been fixed to a level it should be. I had some work done under extended warranty and I am still waiting for the results. Three weeks and no loaner car, on top of that they have put a small dent at the rear of my 750iL which I will point out to them when I take it back on Monday. I can understand that they may be busy and that the foreman might not have had the time to look my car over himself but to wait this long and still not have it back to 100% is very frustrating. I had my engine manifolds replaced under warranty and the crappy job that they did makes my car run like its chocking on smoke. Thats why when they sent it for a new transmission I was told that the engine is back firing and they may have to change a few things (spark plugs etc) so I said I would do that with my own mechanic and they said fine. But after driving it I know the car is back firing because of the crappy job they did in the engine not because of the spark plugs. My mechanic (who used to work at that dealership) agrees with this and said I should fight with them. So now I have to go back (fourth week) and wait for them to fix stuff that should have been done three weeks ago and then wait for them to fix my transmission.
Its not like they are doing it for free. The cars are great but most dealers are pure shit
