Sorry to hear that. I have no problems with the local Dealer (Lynch BMW, Daytona Beach, FL). Of course I was showing up with about 50 pages of Internet printout with detailed information about the car, the engine and the replacement. They are very helpful and cooperative. They did the leakdown whithout asking questions, scheduled the engine replacement for the fall (when it's cooler in the shop) and even mentioned to put in a new waterpump at cost during the replacement. They offered me a loaner car for the week (nice 3-series). So far, only good experience with BMW and the dealer.
