I agree in that any problems repaired under warranty seem to be NEVER repaired OR replaced in original condition. The service reps at my dealer, VALENCIA BMW (California) are very unhelpful and these individuals expect us customers to go by their way and to accept and suffer from their POOR service.
It truly seems that these service reps do not want to OFFER and APPROVE the the warranty service that is INCLUDED with a BMW purchase.
There always seems to be some charges in the service that should be included in the warranty, according to the warranty guidelines...
