I have had problems at John Roberts BMW here In Austin Tx. When I had my 1989 750 in for repair work on the trunk struts they order the part and call me a week later and say that the struts are in and that I can bring the car in and they will work on it. Well I take it up there and they haven't ordered the parts. I also hate Black Forest Werkshop I had my car in there for repair work and the service writer drove my car to her house and ran her arronds in it. When we pick the car up it is all dirty and she even admitted that she took our car home. Now that is really stupid
