I think what you are going through is typical of most service depts of most brands. Not once,not even one little bitty time has my 97 740IL been fixed on the first visit to my local dealer in OKC. In addition to that most of the time when I get the car back it has scratches and dings that were not on the car when I took it in for service. Now to top all that off This car has had more defects than my last three cars combined. Now to top,top that off the dealer tells me that this thing is worth about half or less than what I paid for it which leads me to believe That these car are OVERPRICED PIECES OF SHIT and the Germans may be wonderful engineers, But can't build worth a shit. Now I'm outa here to go buy a Honda Accord and a Mazda pickup for less than the dealer wanted trade diff on a new 740IL. God what a concept buy two cars for less than the diff on my car and a new one,then sell this piece of shit!!
