Hello everybody,

I just got the very bad experience with those guys!
They send you the wrong part, also used instead of new!
After that they argue with you for a week or so and try to
swear that they sent you exactly what you want. Also they refused to pay for shipping the part back.

They are trying to look nice : they respond to your e-mail in a minutes with the answer "yes we have what you need in stock" and the price for the part looks a little cheaper than from the other vendors!! Do not let them catch you!
After your payment the only thing you can get is the part which is not from your car and also it is visibly used not new and with no original box. After that when you send them an e-mail and say "hey what did you send to me?" they tell you " we checked the correct catalog and this is exactly what you need!" But by some reasons they looked at the third party vendor catalog instead of checking the BMW Fiches first and after that match up your part. Also when you are trying to call them and speak with the sales manager or somebody else higher then the sales person you contacted with you can get the answer " I am the owner and your case is closed - no more questions !!!!!!" HANG UP ---- beep --- beeep --- beeep.......

My suggestion to everyone - NOT TO USE THEM AT ALL!
There are a lot of places where you can order parts
and it will be exactly the parts you want and with much better service!
For example I use allimports.com they are very good guys very smart !!!! You can ask them any question and you always can get the correct answer and correct part! Their e-mail is
parts@allimports.com.

Also I suggest to create the www boards on the bimmer.org with the black list and the white list of services and parts places where everyone can put his or her opinion on the place he or she use!!!!

Thank you for reading that long letter.

Best regards.

Victor.
