Did any 1995 740i contain the Alusil M60B40 (i.e. the good short block) as the stock engine. I'm hearing that cars built after June 1995 didn't have the Nikasil problem. How can I tell?

TIA

These are the casting numbers to look for :

Nikasil M60B30 1 725 970 or 1 741 212
Nikasil M60B40 1 725 963 or 1 742 998
Alusil M60B30 1 745 871
Alusil M60B40 1 745 872
Alusil M62B44 1 745 873 NOTE, all M62 engines are Alusil.

Thanks, I'll look for these when I see the car. I was hoping to find out if it is even possible that a 1995 740i with the original engine has the Alusil block. That would save me some time traveling to see the car. My question is did BMW fix the problem in production during the 1995 model year or did all 1995 models come with the Nikasil block.

TIA
