With some electronics repair exp in my past life I don't believe in this route. Before I take my beauty out of service for the time it will take, however, I'd like to take apart some dead or half dead odometers, midis, radios heck any of the displays except the heater control and check them out, trace wiring and source parts.

Soooo, if you have any of these displays,clusters, etc. or are having any replaced, please get the old ones from the dealer and contact me. I might pay a few bucks, but mainly I'd like to get these pretty cheap since they are strictly "for the good of mankind". I plan to post findings since this is a recurring and expensive problem for everyone.
