Yes

These 2 holes allow you to insert something like a long screwdriver to release the snap fit clips that retain the foglight assembly. There are 2 clips on one side only and once released the assembly should be pulled forward and pivoted to the side away from the retaining clips. It's very quick and simple to do.

Suggest you use 2 screwdriver to release both clips at once, they just need to be pushed to release.
