Find a digital phone kit - aftermarket for '98 E38 (archive)

Does anyone know of companies providing aftermarket digital phone kits (CDMA) for a '98 E38. I currently have a handsfree startac kit with external speaker, but I want to be able to use in the built in features of the car; ie: handsfree through the radio; steering wheel controls; voice activated; etc. I don't want to spend the $1900 my dealer is asking for the BMW kit.
