S600, half a second quicker to 60, 20+ mph top speed, MB limited to 155, BMW limited to ~130. The BMW is the sports car though. If you are talking about the brand new S600 it may give the 750 a run in sportiness but the previous W140 body was VERY big and heavy, very powerful but like piloting a yacht as opposed to a speed boat. Both have tremendous grunt, but the BMW feels faster, more involving. If you are refferring to the new S600, the new air suspension in the S500 I drove is very impressive. Tough call untill you check the pricing. Of course owning a BMW and a MB the MB quality surpasses BMW by a substantial margin.
