I have the Dinan software, cold air intake and exhaust upgrades. To me it is worth the money. I have had the car june. I have had no problems with any of the upgrades. I also have a friend that has had a lot of dealing with Dinan upgrades and he said that as long as you use Dinan you will be ok. Dinan is the only upgrade co. that I know of that want void your BMW warranty. If the cold air intake or any of the other upgrades were not ok to use I think BMW would have a problem with warranting the car.

I'm thinking of adding the Dinan Stage 2 software, cold air intake, and perf. exhaust to my 740iS. Are there any side effects such as rough idle or increased noise from such add-ons?
