It's only Dinan's marketing. Read this on their web page (go to their warranty section):

"The installation of some Dinan Performance Products and systems may affect the vehicle manufacturer's new car warranty. The vehicle manufacturer's new car warranty may not apply to modifications of the vehicle or installation of any performance accessories or components attached to the vehicle which substantially alter the original engineering and/or operating specifications or which result in damage to the other original components. Examples of Dinan products and systems which would likely void some aspects of the vehicle manufacturer's new car warranty are Supercharger Systems and Stroker Engines"


I know how it feels to have a Dinan car. I had a Dinan car before. Dealers in general were being non-cooperative.

PS: I don't mean to start a flame. It's your decision to modify your car. I'm just sharing my experiences.
