BMW leaves the really aggressive niche stuff to Alpina. The relationship between BMW and Alpina is similar to the Mercedes/AMG relationship, except that BMW doesn't own AMG. BMW and Alpina just have a really good working relationship...

Anyway, you are basically describing the Alpina B12 6.0 -- a 750i/iL tuned to 6.0 liters, 430 bhp, and shitloads of torque. 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 5.9 seconds.
