After market Warranty, 3 series wheels (archive)

Out of the blue, the aftermarket warranty I bought with my 750 was cancelled. I can (and will) fight them, but I'm going to need a new aftermarket warranty. At 63 K there are not that many choices. Any recommendations? Looks like about 1K$ per year for (roughly) each year I want to buy.

Also, again, has anyone fitted 3 series (46mm offset)wheels to a 20 mm offset E38? Some tech head has got to know this without me having to call a bunch of wheel places that will give me only random answers if at all.
