98 / 99 / 00 Differences in 740il ? (archive)

I am considering a '98 740il and would like to know what features/qualities I am missing from the newer models.


BTW: Don't include Nav as a missing element since the Nav system in the 2001 I drove was so crummy in terms of usability that I am glad it's not in the '98 I saw! BMW should use Denso as a supplier like Lexus and others do.
