Interior Light Problem? Please Help!!! (archive)

97 740iL Interior lights stopped working. I initially found the 20A fuse under hood fuse box blown. I replaced it, then the lights just always stayed on. I am thinking maybe a relay or fade timer is defective. But am unable to locate either. Checked both the fuse boxes under hood and trunk for relays. Any suggestions to what may be the cause?
