I just started a warranty on my 98 750iL with 69K miles from autoservicecontracts.com based on a reccomendation from another BMW owner. Can't say anything about the service, but the price ($1365 for 36 Mos/40K miles) was the best of the 4 companies I checked by about $800. They can give you a free quote online, too. Takes about 2 minutes.

I'm gonna check out 1source, didn't know about them.


I'm looking at extended warranties for a '97 740iL with 59k mi. Anyone had any experience with WarrantybyNet? Pretty comprehensive coverage - 3 yr, 40k mi for about $2000, or 4 yr, 50K mi for about $2500. Any other suggestions? Seems like there are dozens of companies offering warranties.
