CG, A freind of mine who was into concours shows used an anti-static aerosol spray on his balck Corvette to keep the static off. There are alos some plastic anti-stat liquid sprays but I don't know what effect those may have one the paint surface or the wax you just got through putting on

Looking for advice.

After hours of rubbing my car's paint with clays, glazes, waxes and final touch sprays, my 1996 740iL looks as good, if not better than the day it came from the dealer. Within minutes, however, every lint and dust particle in a three state area is drawn to the car's paint like the prettiest girl in the bar. There is a static charge of something (???) that literally attracts the air born dust.

Any suggestions of how to prevent, neutralize or reverse the static charge???

Thanks.
