You may be missing the microphone -using a small screwdriver pop the area over the microphone by the sunroof controls -it will be a rectangular piece - it may also be facing the wrong direction -check arrow on microphone
Hi - Is there a way I can check the microphone level (or even if its working) for the hands free operation of my CMT5000VR phone. When using the handset, everything is fine, but in Hands Free mode I can hear the other party (as well as operate all phone functions), however they cannot hear me no matter how loud I scream... I checked FCN/6 for Mute/UnMute to no avail. The symptoms are identical to having the mic disconnected or totally muted. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
