H&R sports springs/ACS 17inch Type III wheel 750il (archive)

Looking to put H&R sports springs on a 1998 750il. Also, looking to put AC Schnitzer Type III 17inch wheels. I want to know how it would affect the ride. Also, should I go with 17 or higher.
