It's a pretty easy job...Here's what you'll need: a flashlight, a T-20 torx screw driver, a 10mm socket, and small flat-head and phillips screwdrivers. First, use the 10mm socket to remove two nuts and a single bolt holding down a bracket that sits on the light housing (there are two plastic/rubber spacers that sit between the bracket and housing directly beneath the two nuts. You'll need to pull up on the bracket, later to clear the screw bolts and to remove the housing. Next, remove the painted-metal trim piece located directly below the light; slide them towards the center grilles to unlock them. Once the trim piece is removed, locate the two T-20 torx screws (use the flashlight and look carefully below the light housing), remove them using the torx driver. Now, the only thing holding in the light housing is a plastic locking tab located at the very outside bottom edge of the light housing - use the flat-head screwdriver and slide the tab towards the center grilles to unlock. Carefully remove the entire light assembly by pushing it from the back - the signal light is attached to the headlight housing by three tabs, one of which is locked down by a phillips screw. It'll be easier to remove the lense if the signal light is detached. Finally, use a flat-head driver to remove the clamps holding the lense in place - NOTE: there are six clamps, three each on the top and bottom; before prying them off, notice how they lock the onto the lip of the lense - this is crucial to keeping the lense in place and keeping moisture out. After the clamps are removed, CAREFULLY pry off the lense, unless you intend replace the rubber gasket. That's it! When reinstalling the lense, make sure the clamps lock onto the lip of lense as noted above! Also, you may want to brush on a little silicone on the lense's gasket to protect against moisture. Have fun!
