if a windshield on a new car was duly recognized as ''defective'' requiring replacement, could that car be considered a ''lemon'' requiring replacement by company?
The lemon law requires that there have been multiple attempts to correct a problem, usually with an issue that precludes the car's drivability.
It sounds like you've got a defective windshield. Nothing more, nothing less. Best of luck with it's replacement and enjoy the car. They're terrific (have a '97).
roger-thanks for your reply & good wishes-bret
