What's up guys? I'm a college student and e30 owner. I do a lot of night time driving and think that xenon lights would be a worthwhile investment and modification. I am also a valet driver, so I know that all xenon lighting systems are not created equal. I also know there are many imposter xenon systems.
In my search for xenon's, I came across an auction on Ebay where the owner was selling a xenon system off of a BMW 740. The auction was for two headlights which included the ballasts/bulbs/etc. I could swear the ballasts mounted to the back of the headlights said Phillips on it. The ballasts also looked like the Phillips ballasts.
So my question is who makes BMW's xenon lights? Is it Phillips? Could some please open there hood, look at the ballasts, and tell me what they say? Thanks.

on my bmw 1995 all components for xenon are made by BOSH. hope this helps
