If you look at the inspection checklist, you'll notice that not much is actually done to the car, other than an oil change. The service is, literally, just an INSPECTION where the techs will LOOK for existing and potential problems. If problems are found, they just notify you and hope that you'll schedule another appointment for repairs, which you have to pay for.

IMHO, it's a waste of money. If you aren't inclined to do the inspection yourself, take the car to a reputable independent shop - and save yourself a few hundred dollars.
