How to remove EDC system? (archive)

Hi guys i would like to lower my car I would ideally like to keep the EDC shocks and just put in different springs is this possible?

If i cannot change only the springs then i will want to remove the edc and put a schnitzer suspension system, question is how do i disable the EDC system so i dont get any errors from the computer??

Please help, i already bought 18" wheels and now the car looks stupid because it is so high off the ground....
