98 740il, Long term Maintenance. (archive)

Recently I purchased a 98' 740il with 86,000 miles (Hwy) with all records, the vehicle is fine and clean, I guess I'm a little concerned about surpassing 100k, and what that will mean maintenance wise, and is this the kind of car that I can look foward to driving another 40 or 50k and being able to sell it with few objections. If I needed to sell it, at what miles catagory should I stay within, even considering the miles that are already on it?
