Gee, I wonder if our friendly MB Truck owners who like to invade our humble little board are noticing that commercial pilots (active and retired) choose to drive BMWs? Pretty huge endorsement, if you ask me. I've seem the same thing on the e31 board.

Rock on guys,

I have a 95 740IL with a replacement block done 10 months ago, and was wondering if it is still a 4.0L , or do they use the new stroked and bored 4.4L as in the 96 and newer. I would suspect 4.0L as we keep our original heads. Also to the question of age and occupation of 7 series owners ----39 years old, Airline Pilot, (Boeing 727 Captain).
