This may sound stupid or illogical but go on and try it if you want. I had the same problem and had the dealer look into it. They replaced the general control module and it seemed to work ok for a day or two then it started doing it again. The way I've avoid it from happening again is waiting about ten seconds after closing all doors before arming the alarm. Like i said it may not sound logical but I think whenever it get's cold you have tendancy to jump out of the car, push the door shut and immediately push the lock button as you rush for the warmth of the indoors.

If you decide to try this let me know if it works.
