Looking for rear hitch mount bike carrier (archive)

I am looking for a rear mounted bike carrier for my iL - the type that has a mount point under the rear bumper, and mates to a removeable bike carrier that makes no contact with any other part of the car. I do not have a standard trailer hitch (nor do I want one) on the car. I am hoping that there is a bicycle carrier product out there that mounts under the bumper, has an unseen mount point when not attached, and can carry 3 or 4 bikes.

Any recommendations?
