I've replaced all my EO lights with the xeon filled ones you mention. There was a marked difference in my H3 foglights and H7 high beams which changed from yellow to a bright white with a blue fringe, whereas the H1 low beams changed from yellow to a bright white (not as white as the others) because the bulbs are pretty small. I am happy with the results though since I'm they're close enough to what I want. There's lots of brands out there and some don't last. I Replaced mine a couple of times the first couple of weeks.
