Review all the responses to my request on the board. I can probably buy this 95 740il for
$28,000 or less. However I think I may pass because the worry about the block and no doubt a lower resale/trade in value of the car. I think a 96 or 97 would be a better way to go for a few bucks more. Let em know what you decide.

That sounds too expensive, should be able to find a 96 or 97 with that kind of mileage for about $28000. I bought a 95 with 67000 miles with a new block replaced 6000 miles ago for $27000
just as a comparison. Good luck
