Just picked up a 97 740i. LOVE the car, only had it about 11 hours though and am still figuring out what does what. I have a few questions and would really appreciate some feedback:

1. How to open the hood. I see the lever in the grill but pulling it will not release the hood. Must me missing something. I know this is one item I should have had the dealer show me.

2. Hom to program the garage opener. I saw a post about holding the opener close and after pushing both buttons, waiting for the car remote to flash quick.

3. What kinda headlights are in the car? Standard halogen? They have fairly small bulbs. Just wondered.

4. This car is outfitted with DSP so does it have speed sensitive sound?

5. MAINLY: Where to get good deals on original owners manuals. I need this bad as there are still several buttons I have yet to figure out.
